MicroMod Releases its new Phoenix DX Variable Speed Drives
MicroMod Automation and Controls, Inc has released its new Phoenix DX Variable Speed Drives. Our Digital AC Drives are designed to easily handle the tough applications and difficult operating conditions that cause most other AC drive products to trip or fail. Sensorless AC Vector Drive technology means higher starting torque, improved speed regulation, and better overall drive performance.
The launch furthers the company’s strategy to offer integrated components which provide a complete and flexible solution for the customers. Phoenix DX Drives are easily paired with MicroMod’s SteamPAK and WaterPAK control packages and provide better control of system variables. The drives are sensorless and provide higher starting torque, improved speed regulation and better overall performance.

OPG Pickering A - Ice Plug Monitoring for Pipe freezing during Outage
The Marsh Ice Plug Team lead by Pierre Demers for the months of October and November turned out to be very successful as the Ice Plug Team (Nick Bake, Neal Ramnarace and Nurdeen Nagee) attained the Outage Cup as depicted in the attached photo. Our work and history with the Nuclear industry here in Canada has been successful for each nuclear plant and is showing that Marsh continues to understand and meet the needs for the Canadian Nuclear Industry.
