The Marsh Resident Techs are highly skilled technical and project personnel assigned to jobs with a specific customer that last from short projects to many years. Marsh has maintained long term contracts in excess of 12 years with many customers.
The Marsh Resident Techs can form all or part of the department they work in and often have the highest departmental seniority. Unlike typical manpower placement agencies, the Marsh Resident Techs are permanent Marsh employees with long-term job assignments.
